User-Contributed Transcription 3 Mrs. May Walden 420 West Bell Street Avon Park, Fla. the postal receipt before he would believe me, etc. etc. It was awful. I wrote out all the circumstances of the receipt and asked him what reason he had for doubting my word. Handed the note to him as he was hunting in the dresser drawer among a lot of other bills, etc. Then I went to my room and locked the door, I was so mad and hurt. Yesterday Tom poked his nose up to the edge of the table at Frank's place after F. had gotten up. He gave the cat a smart clip over the head and yelled "I'll take him by the hind legs and knock his head against a tree! I don't care! I hate a snoopy cat!" He seems to hate all cats and he used to be so fond of cats. A young woman with two children whose oldest is the grade school boy who has been so gentlemanly to pick my fruit, came to get the duffle bag they used in picking the fruit. He yelled "who was that woman with the two squawks?"
