User-Contributed Transcription 5 Mrs. May Walden Box 853 Avon Park, Fla. gets here, and stay in bed at least half of the time. Ruby said they will stay with me as it is so near their home. A lot of furniture came yesterday, bedroom furniture, a chair, a chest, a wardrobe, etc. Gene worked there yesterday, marking off partitions, etc. that have to be put in, and will be there probably from now on until the move in. To me, it is a very serious situation, and Grace and Gene realize it. There is a world of work to be done, both on house and grove, and two invalids to do it, one TB the other threatened with cancer. I enclose Ruby's letter. Is Mrs. Maurer still in her room? and alone? Am afraid she will have still more annoyances when the new house is there. I've just mailed my watch to Frank to be oiled. It has been very erratic the last few days.
