User-Contributed Transcription in the oven, so we are going to have a strawberry shortcake, some boiled rice, and a nice fresh fish that one of our neighbors brought us yesterday from Scrub lake - a lake I've never seen, but one of the 26 in the township. Have read all morning in The Fra, which Jack subscribed to for 3 mos. for me. I find many good things in it. As he sent it to me, I send him the copies after I'm through. This aft. at three is a union meeting of all SS schools at the school house where the pastors of the churches will give 15 minute talks to the kids, and this is the last of the Child Welfare meetings for the present, tho we're going to have a free lecture by a State Bd. of Health
