User-Contributed Transcription Hotel Dasher P.M. and Mrs. Burton Minonk, Ill., ________________191 One slice crossed out half of a canned peach -- Everything very good -- I go to Streator at 9.25 and speak there this afternoon, I believe. They telephoned me to be sure and come. I wonder how you are getting along? Did Nellie Zach? go out? She didn't say anything about it but I have a notion she would. Saw her at State Office when this storm was raging (Bentall's? storm against "dammed rot" -- "sleeping office, force" etc. He didn't blame me) Hope the rooms are rented. I miss you, sweetheart. Wish you were here to hear the robins, etc. Much love to you and Max Mother. We have this hotel under a long lease and are here to stay -- this is our home. Special attention give to commercial men and courteous treatment to all. Good beds, good meals and good service.
