Board of Mediation intervention in an organizing dispute between the Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters and the company’s Plan of Employee Representation; clippings concerning Pullman rates and the ICC surcharge rate case of 1925; and articles about the Haskell and Barker merger with Pullman and the Pullman Company’s new President, Edward F. Carry.
