User-Contributed Transcription more I presume as Spring advances. As it is I stay almost wholly at home have very little inclination to go out on the street - with nothing to call me there. This is moving time & nearly all are on the stir: we have decided to move but have not made a decision upon the tenement. Our object in moving is to be nearer the store so that Orrin can come home to dinner, & nearer Church. Our deaf & dumb neighbors moved out yesterday & you can hardly imagine what a relief it as to me to see them go.Mrs. Weeks became vexed at something I do not know what & from that time she has seemed to seize every opportunity to annoy me. She threw all her slops & swill from her kitchen window frequently by letting the dirty water run the whole length of mine, & in the same way from the bedroom. And then the noises she made to the child became very tiresome to me, but enough of this.
