User-Contributed Transcription farm like his , or such fine cows, such nice crops of hay, corn, potatoes, and other things to match - Warwick is a great place in his estimation - He always quotes Uncle Danford and Aunt Emily for authority on any subject - whatever they say is proof positive - L intends to keep him at home this summer - I think
Did you ever know such a time for crimes of all kinds - murders are every-day occurrences - and so of the whole catalogue of crimes.  About every week there is a new case of poisoning - I don't know what the world is coming to - Tell Emily to look out for arsenic there is no knowing, what Danford may do
I threaten David Sometimes.
William Bassett has purchased a farm in Berlin, near Worcester, where they intend mooving now soon. We are looking for Mothers visit about the first of May - David T's prospects are remarkably good
Excuse me for telling you so much about my folks I don't think, at first but that you are as much interested in them as I am - I must tell you Mary White is expecting to go West to DuBuque the first of June and is to be married to a young lawyer - she has a sister there - and goes to meet her affianced -
