Illustration of a Member of Parliament as a Rat; "S is the Standard, now boldly unfurl'd; The terror of tyrants-the hop of the world." Illustration of a Reform banner at the top of the page and the Cap of Liberty above the globe at the bottom of the page. A satire in verse on the parliamentary reforms introduced during the reign of King William IV.
