Description "L is a Locust of infernal birth, sent forth to consume the fruits of the earth." Illustration of a Locus with a clergyman's hat; "M is a mask, a happy invention, for knaves and rogues of saintly pretension." Illustration of a religious elder, mask with clergyman's hat with weather vane and crown. A satire in verse on the parliamentary reforms introduced during the reign of King William IV.
