Dear Jack,

Thank you for sending the page from Columbia Tribune. Very nice. It should be on the front page. Should have made the front pages of the Chicago papers too. you certainly have a fan in Wixson. you are, apparently, his God. Makes you feel very proud.
I'm glad you spread the word about Zora Neale There was a quite nice article about her in the local paper early this year. Duke planned on sending it to you. I don't know now what became of it.
I have had company from St. Louis all of last week My nephew & his wife & sister in law. They were all good company & I was glad
