Summary 123 watercolor drawings on paper. Unsigned. Subjects include drawings of men, animals, painted tipis, and a self portrait (Box 3, #101). Attention is given in the drawings to details of costumes and on the tipis. 
Biographical/Historical Note Silver Horn was born in southwestern Oklahoma, and worked throughout the southwestern United States, including Ft. Sill, OK. Silver Horn was perhaps the most prolific Plains Indian artist, creating more than 1000 drawings that document Kiowa culture during his life. He worked with Elbridge Ayer Burbank and James Mooney.
