Detail of entry showing a list of 10 members of Pepo degli Albizzi's family who died in June and July of 1348 from the Black Death. Ledger book from fourteenth-century Florence. Written in Florence by Pepo degli Albizzi, 1339-1360. The book belonged to Pepo degli Albizzi, a Florentine wool merchant, and is a combination personal diary and business ledger. Written in Italina "marcantesca" gothic cursiva.
