looking forward to your son, and his family's, visit. We are hoping to get away in August; we shall need the rest after decorating for the best part of July.
My parents send their regards to you both. Please remember me to Mrs. Conroy. Nelson sends his regards and said something about writing, but with all due respect to my other half, I shouldn't count on it.
Thanks for the book you have posted. I look forward to receiving it; it is sweet of you to remember us.
