experience with alcoholics, I know
that drinking alcoholics are always
drunk, they are never good com-
panions, their conduct is abnormal
and in the run of cases so intro-
verted that there is no conversation
possible with them.

I would like to report if it were
true, but unfortunately it isn't, that
all cases of arrested alcoholism
were delightful companions, brilliant
conversationalists and revolutionary
socialists. How ever the world
has few organizations that can
count many who could so be
classified.

I hope that by your opinion
on drunks as being preferred
to the company of Alcoholics
Annonymous, has not held
