User-Contributed Transcription is bright enough. But she combs her hair in a very severe fashion and delights in being quite rough and ready, as she always did. I noticed some scrofula marks on her neck, same as Florence used to have. Did I tell you Florence Mayland has a baby, a boy, born the 3rd of August? Have not been to see her yet. The Scotts, Norine and we are planning a picnic to Crystal Lake next Sunday. It will be our first swim this year.
