Had Dr. Johnson over to pass his opinion on the cherry tree. He says to leave the stump as it is and some shoots will come out and make a new tree that will bear just as the old one did. The inside of the trunk is badly rotted caused by some limbs being cut off many years ago, and not properly painted over. The other tree has props under one big limb
