User-Contributed Transcription Note: page out of order so think that Tuesday (the day of the party) will take him to Mandel's for a cut and a curl. Ordered a pair of corduroys from Sears for Malcolm some time ago. Asked for size 4 - had to send back - too small. size 5 ordered today. Also too small, so am sending them back. Hope size 6 will fit him. The leg is long enough in the size 5 but too small in waist band. Must stop - wash dishes and go to town. Much love Katharine Sent you a letter other day Helen Frank had asked me to forward. Got mislaid & forgotten for 2 weeks. Sent her my apologies.
