User-Contributed Transcription how early it was I wouldn't have risen. Am all dressed and sitting in the cabin. I don't know when Ralph will call for me but there's no use going out ad being all wet and uncomfortable. It is still raining. That makes about 36 hours at a stretch. I hope we won't have a repetition of the well-known flood of biblical times. Think I will give this to someone going ashore to mail.
