User-Contributed Transcription the gossip I can think of. Mac? is still in Chicago. He came out Sunday and spent the night. Seemed much pleased with the place.
Have had lots of rain lately and very cool weather. Much warmer today but such a high wind blowing and can hardly walk. Had a very hard rain in the middle of the night. The drops sounded like gravel coming down on the roof.
Found the film of Grandma Bell and will have the prints made and mail all according to directions. Did you receive the money that Max mailed you about a week ago? Perhaps it wasn't quite so long ago as that, but you should have it by now.
Pusscat is very happy in his new home and enjoys prowling about the yard. So glad you are feeling better, Grandma. Don't work too hard on the portieres. It is lovely of you to make them for me. I will send the silk as soon as possible.
