User-Contributed Transcription again. He can see enough to play golf, but not to read. He has several people come in and read to him, however, so it isn't as bad as we thought. If he comes to Chicago, will have him come out to visit me. Yes, I certainly shall not be friendly with Helen until she apologizes to you. I sometimes think she must be a little insane, on some subjects, at least. The club girls are coming out to see me a week from tomorrow. They are all getting on amiably together once more and they meet every two weeks instead of every week. Thank you very much for the photos of Darts Camp and the lake. Have pasted them into my diary. Ethel enclosed in her letter a couple of pictures that were taken at Lake Zurich this summer when I was there. I have pasted them in too. I don't want you to spend so much money on my Christmas present Mummie - but howsomever, will see how things are going when the time comes. Heaps of love, Katharine.
