Dear Sister Abby,
Your letter written two weeks ago we found in the office today For some reason they neglected to put it into the box and we found it only through the advertising columns. I am very sorry it did not come directly to me for I fear you have been troubled by the delay not knowing what plans to lay about visiting us or what arrangements to make about returning home. You must have thought strange that you received no answer. We wish you to come to see us with the children just as soon as you feel you can; we have no fears of the scarlet fever whatever; am glad your children have got through with it; hope they are quite well by this time. If you will let us know what day you will come we will some of us meet you
