came in several times. Parkhurst & Charlie there most of the evening. Seven boys at the little meeting -
Tuesday. 23 - Warm again. Class at 9. walked back with Miss Moore. she & Miss Adams & I sat on porch of Uncle Louis' Cabin doing absolutely nothing until about 11:20 when we went over to look for mail.
Pastors' Class for a half hour or so in P.M. then gave way for Cap't. Moton's Examination. End of Pastors' Class for year - Class Day Exercises of Class of '93 at 3:30 in front of General Armstrong's house - Night School as usual in evening - full time.
Wed. 24. Wisdom tooth in A.M. did not hurt much. Dr. P. found another tooth that needed filling. Went to Alumni's Meeting in afternoon. grand address by Dr. Grandison, Pres. Bennett [??] N.C. a very black man. Mr Frissel asked me to write report of the Commencement and Memorial Services for some paper - Com. Exercises in evening by Gymnasium. A lovely day: sufficiently cool. Dr. Grandison made a wonderfully eloquent little impromptu speech.
Thurs. 25. Spent whole morning trying to write that old report. did not visit any class, nor see anybody thereby. Copied part of Miss Davis' report for her. Dr. Hubbel at our table.
Memorial Service in P.M. 1:30-5:15.
