Thurs. 30.  Decoration Day. Very hot.
Chickens for dinner, also asparagus. A & A & France came over, one by bicycle, 2 by horsepower.  Nette bicycled to Oberlin, starting early in morning - stayed over night.

June 5-7. In Cleveland, 5 & 6 attended Convention of Ohio S.s. Ass'n. 7- found Salem not feeling well.

Nelson was very sick through June & July. Harl was at home from about June 20 till he went to Boston to C.E. Convention, July 9. Stopped 1 day on his way back west 2 weeks after -

Ethel was married Aug. 5 - left at once for Oceanville, ME - by lakes, and St. Lawrence. Only the family were present at the marriage and Mrs. Brooks, Bessie & Charlotte  - Mary
