User-Contributed Transcription Friday 18 Classes as usual. Made examination questions. Worked a little at Christmas Miss Howes has deserted me and gone to Waban for the rest of the term.

Sat. 19 Examination at 9. Corrected papers, and interviewed girls - also had a session with Miss Eaton about girls.

Sun. 20 Fine day. Rev. Mr. Stockbridge, of Providence R.I. preached at College. I went to village church. The table girls came up in P.M. and we finished "Story of a Short Life." I wrote some Bible verses in the Memorandum Calendar. Soph. class prayermeeting this evening, led by Miss Pierce.

Mon. 21 Went to Boston at 7:15. Mary gave us a sumptuous breakfast at 6:30 - found the usually crowded stores quite accessible & did Marion Marsh's errands and a few for myself. heard Rev. W. Hay Aitken preach, had a nice little talk with Dean A.A. Wright and came out at 2:15. Beethoven Concert to wh. I went not. studied Qual. Anal. & began my packing -
