Eliab you know got home the night before you left.Did I write you of Mr. Wilbur's going away, to Wabash College to be gone two weeks or so. Rev. Mr. Leonard (French Leonard) preached for him today upon the glorious hope of the gospel. Pratt, Boston." No clue to whence or why it comes to me. Was n't "J.C. Pratt" Mayor of Boston for several years. Another yesterday came a California Newspaper, "Sacramento Union." from H.C.S."
