Feb, 22d 1865Dearest Nettie Here I am stopped again till tomorrow morning.The RailRoads in this country seem to have left off trying to make any connections. Entirely overrun with Passengers & freight, more business by far for their rolling stock can do, they seem to have given up trying. I thought it was bad enough last year. It has grown no better very fast.I left Galion Ohio at 2 A.M. very comfortable in sleeping car till Noon at Indianapolis. Since then every car crowded, not merely every seat, but the aisles between the seat all all crowded full - all the time.
