User-Contributed Transcription better as a scholar every where. It was the one thing you lacked. And now, if you want to do as well in anything, you must attend to this matter, not only be careful of your diet - you ought to eat a greater variety of food than you usually do, and coarser food - but you must take regular constant exercise. You ought to exercise regularly not one hour a day, but at least two hours a day. You can not live healthily with as little exercise as many can. You are naturally of full rather than spare habit, and from active vigorous parent age and ancestry. You inherit an unusually strong robust constitution, but it requires more work activity than some feebler ones to keep it up. The above advice cannot safely be neglected.
Walking alone may do, but is not sufficient for best and permanent results.
Write what you do.
Another thing you take care of yourself. Keep a full exact account of yr money matter, all you receive and all you pay.
I gave you $3.50 before you left, and paid O.C. Treas. $10.00 for you yesterday, which you should record. And write to us often, and if you want any thing let us know it.
Sincerely Father
