Sebec man bough 10 sheep for $25.00
P.M. Leading out team to plough found grey horse very lame off fore foot shoulder
rubbing, washing &c. the horse's legs &c.
Tried to get Dollin's oxen.
6.30 P.M. Eliab arrived from Bangor.

Great doubts about weather - finally 10-30 Mother & Eliab started for Bangor - open carriage. Soon after it began to rain slowly most of the day.
