Noyes Streeter's land damage referred to Dr. Washburn & Stebbins 4 Acres & 40 Rods, poorish land, but lot cut badly. $110.00. Streeter would not Gin! A Temperance man in Vernon! Office in Evening. Plan of County & R.R. & River. Between How. & Pratt. Lovett, carrying off old Greenfield surveys &c.

Dec. 1st. Wednesday. Cloudy growing Warm
In the office all day. Slate Landing Road plan. Calculating &c. Messrs. Odell & Young arrived A.M. Paying off Irishmen &c all day. Messrs. Crocker & Johnson arrived in the evening.

Dec. 2d. Thursday. A Rainy Day. [[?]]. Thanksgiving Office. Crocker about. Johnson, making Plans of the Bridge with Birnie. Odell & Young paying off Irishmen &c. Chas. Fay with Kinin & Flynn paying off Irishmen in R.R. Office.

Dec. 3d. Friday. Rainy. The day passing very much like the previous one.
