User-Contributed Transcription April 1, 1858 -Dear Albina -I must write a little though with Charly in my arms. He is very well now though requiring more attention than before he was sick. We are thinking to wean him before warm weather but I dread it. I think it will be more of a task than with any one of the other children. Wilder and Percy play out of doors a great part of the day now. A box of sand, that happened to be at the door affords them great amusement and employment. Libby is not very well now, so, for the good of the walk, she has been up here every morning for a number of days. Her eyes are
