Dear Sir,
I read your advt. in a recent issue of the "New
Masses" and a reference to it in an article by Robert Cantwell in the
"New Republic."
Would you be so good as to send me a couple
of specimen copies of "The Anvil"? I should have gladly sent you the
few cents to cover their cost, only I do not know how such a small amount
can be sent on.
"The Nation" and "The New Republic" are well known in
India, but I have so far not seen any issue of your periodical, and look
forward to receive them from you at an early date. As the General Secretary of the
All India Youth Congress, I have frequently to recommend books & periodicals to our branches
all over India.
