Note from donor: "I found this when doing research a few years ago at the Cook County Recorder of Deeds. I don't remember what the address was or what I was looking it up for, but I can confirm that it would have been in Chicago. It should be easy to use the referenced document numbers to pull the full document from the Recorder of Deeds and find out the address from the legal description."
