User-Contributed Transcription The discarded slides I am sending are mostly my goofs on daylilies.  That also goes for other subjects.

The dogs are the two I kept from an assortment of 8 mutts that I helped into the world.  4 different  sets of identical twins.   Dash I thought was dead when I got him out of the sack but while I was first aiding his sister he crawled over my toe and barked at me.  Dotsy Doodle was a cute baby and needed me.  The others Frotzy, The Badger, Bob, Honey, the Angel and Blackie were wonderful dogs that I found good homes for.  They were abandoned by their mother and my unpleasant neighbors.
They are truly  amazing dogs and probably have every kind of dog blood that exists.  the best and most intelligent bastards I ever met.
Beekman Arms is the oldest hotel in this country - 1700 AD - I go there once a month to eat.  Bargain price
Those nearby are pretty much what I see from here.  If you can project them or even see them some other way I will send more of my leftovers.
Pink Charm is the one I am trying to hybridize beacause [sic] it had amazing 4 petaled bloom.  I cannot develop it but it's fun trying particularly on very tall and good night bloomers.
As soon as I have time and the spark I need I will try to write the story about the Angel to please my memory and commemorate her.  She was a lovely kid.
Now I must go to work.

handwritten note following typed message  All pix including me are done that way  Dys are 14 inches to 7 feet tall - May to November - most sizes and colors.  Cost 50₵ to $500.00 per plant that takes 2 year to grow from a finger-sized single.  New ones usually $15 to $50 a plant.  My most reckless purchase $3.00 but accidentally I got 50% of the best so far.
