Power of attorney, November 18, 1825, from three Cherokee Indian brothers, Talotuskee, Colomiskee, and Nelly, to Gideon Morgan, a Cherokee Indian residing in McMinn County, Tenn., authorizing him to prosecute their claim to their father's 640 acre reservation in the county. The document is signed with the marks of the three Cherokee brothers and is witnessed by James G. Williams, Aaron Haynes, and James S. Bridges.
