Creator Conroy, Jack, 1898-1990
Date n.d., 1953-1977
Language English

Format Correspondence
User-Contributed Transcription Dear Jack,
I was overjoyed to get your letter, which
I thought would tell me something about your
new novel. As it was I was pleased & grateful,
though disappointed. You have so much to
give that you must give up the tamed
civilized insanity in which you move &
pound the typewriter again for eternity -
please send me what you have, from the
middle end or hell itself. I'm sure it will
be full of stimulating fare.
Affectionately Herbert
