I found the folks here all well, with the exception of Theodore about whom I feel quite anxious I like Minnesota The Legislature has now been in session three weeks, trying to dispose of the Lands granted to this Term? for building Rail Roads A bill passed the House yesterday for engrossment incorporating the Minnesota and Pacific Railroad Co" The Co unclear& C "from Stillwater via St Paul and Anthony to Sioux Wood River, with a branch from St Anthony via Anoka, St Cloud, Crow Wing to St Vincent in the Red River of the North Near the mouth
