Charlie is nowat ours house, a clever earnest boy; he muchneeds direction but is easily governed if governedeasy. Percie is growing strong and fat veryfast has more spring and elasticity than everbefore is learning to speak some few wordsCharlie hauls him out of doors daily whenthe weather will permit, which we conceiveto be very beneficial for him.Lucy's health is not so good as we wish itto be. She has had too much care and anxietyneeds rest and the open air although coldseems to have a bad effect upon her.Your Mother will probably stay here this winter.She can be more comfortable than at Milothough & think she will wish much to be thereafter Charles goes home.
