User-Contributed Transcription suffer more than we have any idea of. She told me of the burial of emigrants at sea - it is very sad. You speak of doing your washing because of the difficulty of obtaining help I expect Isaac will "scour the country" when he comes, to find somebody for you - does he know that you have not had anybody all the while. It is a weariness along with the comfort, to take care of little boys like ours, is'nt it? I find it so with Percie & he is called a quiet child. I love to have you write all about Mayo. I want to keep informed just how he acts & grows & looks - we think & speak of him so often when we watch Percie at play. Mother speaks very often of his blouring round after Percie to kiss him. Do you remember? Percie kisses smack now, says "tartar" for Charlie, and tries to say almost every thing we tell him to - Why! I had almost forgotten what I intended to begin my letter with, the good news that our dear Charles is safe at home. How glad & thankful we all are, but, as you say, I suppose Albina is the gladdest. He arrived last Sat. night at three o'clock.[left-hand side and top] Now my letter is full - scrap and all & I dare not put in but one scrap. Yet I could deliver myself of a great deal of more - however what I have written is so
