User-Contributed Transcription rest feeling hard because you stay here so much - and if you would enjoy yourself any better in the country than here, the coming summer, by all means stay there. Your own comfort & happiness is the thing for you to attend to in preference to anything else, unless in case of sickness in the family, - then I suppose whoever was sick, would feel as of they must have you. I did want you should stay longer at Almeda's on her account. As for Lizzie, if Almeda is willing to let her come, I should like to have her - if I find she makes too much work, I can but send her home again - should like to try it, at least. Percy grows less & less trouble, but when it gets a little warmer weather I shall want him out doors a good deal and Lizzie can care for him then. I will do as well for her as my time & strength will allow; if you conclude to come back too, you will help train her in the way she should go! As for yourself, do please consider which place you had rather be in during the summer & act accordingly, if it is to go from one to the
