Ellen Brown came here yester P.M. She did intend to go to Bucksport last night, but the stage left her, so she waited till this morning. She said you had returned to Milo> I can't really tell how long you were at Brownville, but it seems to me not as long as I expected. We are just through Commencement - It came a month earlier then usual so as to give the students who wish it, time to teach. Rev. Harry White, Rev. Mr. Perry from Blanchard and Rev. Ariel Perkins from Philipston, Mass., were sent here to bed and board. Mr. Perkins did not know who I was till in conversation he discovered that Royalston
