User-Contributed Transcription wood etc. about a month. Lizzie gets along finely in her studies, but I am satisfied it is not best for her to continue here studying another term now. She gets nervous & run down studying. I let her stay at home half a day or a day quite often now - she would graduate this term if she should stay. We had a letter from Anna a few days since, also the same day, by mail a double daguerreotype, herself and Mr. Elijah de Witt. I am in coniptions to send it to you, but suppose it is not worth while to pay 24 cents more for postage on it. Samuel will probably go to Milo before a great while. Letter from Isaac to Eliab yesterday urging him, and particularly Charles, to come immediately out there. I presume Charles has, ere this received one to the same effect. If he concludes so to do, he must get Mr Sargent to take care of house, and barn. Albina must board at her father's, or else come down here, and you, of course, post forthwith to Bangor.
