respect and indeed, with affection, I again assure you, countless gentiles everywhere, love and respect you, and thousands more of your people. You are bedevilled by this wretched 'Jew' business, and so am I remember. I despise the libel called Christianity, the nonsense talked by Hitler, as well as the snobbishness of my own land - from the latter I have suffered much, And while I too cannot fully admire M. de Voltaire, I will conclude by saying I think he had something when he said "There never will be any place on earth, 'til the last King is strangled with the entrails of the last priest" for in the little reading I have done, I don't seem to come across any anti-Semitism until the Gun arrived in history.
Please M. Hecht- try to remember, and believe it too, there are thousands of us who will always love and esteem our friends-if they are Jews or not, they are all we have you know, and the journey is so short.
Cordially
Richard W. OwSn.
