User-Contributed Transcription Turin N.Y. April 6 1884 Dear Aunties I received your letter Wednesday night. I guess Charlie and I will come down Thursday noon because the department that Charlie goes closes Tuesday afternoon & our department closes Wednesday forenoon. Papa and Chas. are just going to prayer meeting. Clara Everett was down here this afternoon and she said she guessed she would go Thursday noon. Chas. and I went down to Uncle Jimmies yesterday & had some warm sugar. I wished you was to our Lodge entertainment. I took part in it. They took in about $25. We are going to have it again The name of the play was "Down by the sea"
