I'm going to miss you at the Tribune. I've heard it's not too difficult to steer an aircraft carrier in the middle of the ocean. But I'm glad you were in charge when the economy had the sniffles one day and a headache the next.

You were terrific steering the ship, but I'll always remember with gratitude that you always made everyone feel like the Captain. Have a happy holiday season and great 2005.
