I wish I had Millrs book for Mr W. toread, he berated him greatly and I want to hear him put in thepieces. Lucy needs a slate.Wyman has got 6 hand cuff'd & fetter now completely, you know C bought the mill ofdown here a manage up the mill for seemingly? Kie Dow - well he had got him all pay'd up but the last note of 100 dollarsnow with the interest 130 perhaps when you sold the note and Mortgageto Wyman without telling C. know anything about it and Wyman hasfore clos'd on the mortgage Chas never get near anything for the care ofhis half only what was lay'd right out in repairs & now unless 6 ?pay that not before the time of redemption is now out Wyman will getthat property which now worth one thousand dollar for 150 - & he has no morehonour that to do it if he can he set out to petition for a Division of that propertyland court but found that W had got it all and on his own think he wants topay that & then petition next Sept of he can get it divided there is no doubt buthe could see it for enough to pay him all his debts - he know where he canhave the money but he would have to give probably 25 perhaps more pr centThe Mill is legally my property now & I had rather give it to somebody else than? man - that money which Br Jacob sent to you belongs to Ann & she was going tobring it to James but if you and I think it is best to make use of it to redeemthe Mill and are willing to make Charles 's note instead of Ann you can ? it with you, - your paymay be made perfectly secure but perhaps J would like better he have itright there where he could get it any day.
