User-Contributed Transcription and poor Grandpa did suffer so he was sick just 2 weeks and 1 day. on Wed. as he died Thursday. he did not know anyone and Oh! such a noise you could hear him all over the house. and in the road. I was so glad our Doctor was here with us all that day and he used 2 hiperdermicks but of no good. then he stayed with us the night Father died as he died at 7 30 and the Dr. was with Ray. and before the furnal we had to send for him one night at Mohawk as I thought Ray would not be here when Darwin got back. And then the Doctor came and stayed the day of the furnal and that night. I can not tell you how good he has been. he was here The 29 of June and stayed all night. but he had not been here in quite a while before but Rays heart is not very extra and poor blood. he has got so he can sit up 2 hrs. each day.
