Includes promotional material created to advertise the company's printing, binding, photography, and advertising departments, as well as exhibition catalogs for the Lakeside Press Galleries, announcements, invitations, book prospectuses, business announcements, employee memorial booklets, and Christmas cards. Includes annual reports and house organs created for companies such as Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation, General Electric, Kodak, and Westinghouse as well as sales catalogs for Marshall Field & Company, Massey-Harris Company, and Chris-Craft Industries. The bulk of materials were issued between 1920 and 1960. Items collected and then donated to the Newberry Library by Burton Cherry in 1964 and R.R. Donnelley and Sons Company in the 1990s.
