Summary
Claim, Jan. 14, 1815, by Tollowo Micco, a Creek Indian, for $14.50, covering the cost of four kegs of whiskey taken by "the white people." Creek Indian agent Benjamin Hawkins, who attested to the correctness of the claim, on June 7 ordered Capt. Iverson, a merchant and assistant deputy quartermaster general of the 6th Military District, to compensate Tollowo Micco out of government funds. The claim is noted as paid in twenty-one yards of homespun and $4.00 in cash.
