My Dear doctor Taylor:-
Your letter of 13th with a copy of your editorial letter in "The News" is much appreciated.  So have your many kindnesses to me ever been.
In the National Conferences, our State Conferences, etc. I have depended upon you for counsel and help.
At one of our State Conferences - Logansport perhaps - you raised me to the dignity of "bishop"
We have been in prison together too.  By the way the American Prison Assn. meets here Oct. 3.  Why not come down for it?
I have sent one of my papers to W. S. Reynolds which
