The ? up they can be sent from this City to them or ? crossings for 37 or 28 cents for ? to what the Transportation from Pittsburgh to this City would be about 10 cts. I am quite sure he would deliver them here at 4.85 6 mos & possibly $4.75. I think the spoke could be ? in Albany or Troy for a shade under ? 4 1/2 6 mos They are not so good by the difference I think If Mr. W wishes me to close the contract must write immediatelyRespectfullyW.
